Day one all I can say is 50mg split into 2 doses morning and afternoon energy was definitely there and big pumps in the gym today …. Good stuff ! ** update ** - so I’ve been researching this now for a week and a half 50mg a day split into 2 doses and I can definitely say this stuff is way more noticeable in the last few days probably because of the accumulation over time . Endurance and strength and energy is in another level . If they ever get this back in stock it’s highly recommend !
